- Configure and install network racks, patch panels, and cable pathways.
- Troubleshoot and resolve cabling issues to minimize network downtime.
- Adhere to industry standards and best practices for cabling installations.
- Ensure all installations are completed efficiently and meet project deadlines.
- Maintain accurate documentation of cabling layouts and configurations.

As an ICT Desktop Technician, you will be responsible for providing technical support and maintenance for desktops, laptops, and related peripherals to all Shenge La Tech clients. You will work closely with end-users to resolve hardware and software issues, perform system upgrades, install new software applications, and ensure smooth operation of all computer systems.
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to end-users via phone, email, or in-person
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues
- Install, configure, and upgrade computer systems and peripherals
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as system updates and patches
- Collaborate with other team members to identify areas for improvement in IT processes
- Document all technical procedures and maintain accurate records of equipment inventory
- Assist in managing user accounts and permissions within the organization's network environment
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends
Requirements:
